1) This model adopts frequency conversion motor for continuous operation to complete the wire stripping and terminal crimp 

    process.

2) Using the frequency conversion motor, it give enough torque , small vibration, less noise and reduce wear rate of moving

    mechanism.

3) The stripping section is driven by pneumatic cylinder and can be set by timing to hold at the require position until the crimping

     is done before returning to the original position. This enable a smooth operation and gain productivity by 200%

4) This model can set the crimping speed and the number of crimping. When the crimping is close to the lowest point, it will

     automatically have a deceleration design. The crimping of the type terminal is more stable.

5)  The crimping machine is designed with Inching movement, Forward and Reverse rotation or Manual Hand rotation. Crimping

      machine has safety feature to locate origin before crimping press can move.

6)  The machine design come with Inching ( use for setting ), Stripping Only selection and Auto .

7)  The design of stripping section come with end vacuum suction for insulation slug which help to keep the machine tidy and

     good housekeeping.
